The professional course program for locals and visitors tailors to everyone’s needs: state-of-the-art, functional back and posture training (Antara®), core and abdominal training (smartAbs), dance choreography workouts (Fit Dance, Step Cardio), interval training (Total Body Conditioning), fluent, yoga-inspired motion sequences (bodyART®Flow), full body workout with barbells (Total Body Weights) and varied cardiovascular training on indoor bikes (Spinning®).
All courses take place in our training facilities at Via dal Farrer 16 in 7513 Silvaplana.
